Are you taking on BIG dreams that fuel action? đ
Setting ambitious goals is an adrenaline infusion that creates:
-energy
-enthusiasm
-endurance to overcome the inevitable trials
-and inspiration to keep you going
Ordinary goals, however, are restricted goals that are:
-uninspiring
-energy-consuming
-and will only fuel you through the first few problems
If the potential payoff is mediocre, so is your effort.
But if the dream is compelling, youâll take on the battle because itâs a dream thatâs worth dreaming.
What big dream are you in pursuit of? Share in the comments so we can cheer you on! đ

Did you know... around 7 million blog posts are published EVERY DAY?! đł
The amount of information thatâs available is insane!
And yet while we can find anything we WANT, it can often be hard to find what we NEED.
Of all the successful people Iâve studied, one of the main commonalities is that they are constantly seeking WISE information in the form of:
- Books
- Courses
- Masterminds
- Or physically getting in proximity to those who have been where they want to be.
Donât just try and live on the mental candy online.
Make sure you have a good diet of useful information every day.
Leaders are readers⌠the best money you can spend is money spent on your own self-education.
How do you make sure you get a good diet of WISE information daily? Drop me a comment below. đ

What are you most grateful for? đ
I get asked this often and while health and family are always up there, the ability to have MOBILITY in my life has been a big one for me lately.
The ability to move freely as life pulls and pushes us in different directions.
To ADAPT as life moves in and out of different paces as a result of a busy family.
To design life on MY terms and not be restricted to just follow the crowd.
While COVID has given us much heartache over the last 2 years, itâs also given many a taste of what itâs like to be more free flowing with integrating work and life.
How have you benefited from having more mobility in your life? Have you taken advantage of the opportunity? Share in the comments below. đâ¤ď¸
Remember when you wanted what you currently have?
Itâs so easy to become busy with lifeâs demands that we forget to slow down and take in the abundance already in our life.
Learn to build daily rituals of gratitude for yourself that allow you to:
-Show up as your best self đ
-Be awake to the magic unfolding before you đŞ
-Live in a beautiful state no matter the circumstances đˇ
Cultivating gratitude is a powerful habit that can immediately shift your perspective and life experience.

We all need to contribute to something greater than ourselves.
Itâs a fundamental human need we ALL have. The need to GROW and the need to CONTRIBUTE.
When you commit to constantly improving YOURSELF, the need to contribute back becomes an even bigger pull because you HAVE MORE to GIVE.
So let me ask you⌠are you spending enough time improving yourself so you have more to give?
Drop a comment below and tell me what lights you up the most when you contribute to something greater than yourself. â¤ď¸
Without JOY life just seems kind of blah, doesnât it?
Joy is such a powerful emotionâŚ
But you donât just HAVE joy, you have to GENERATE IT!
So hereâs my challenge to you, my friendâŚ
The next time you walk into an environment, donât just accept the energy thatâs in that space.
Intentionally decide to CHARGE IT UP and leave the energy better than you found it. â¤ď¸
Are you in this with me? Drop a âđâ in the comments below if you are. đ
Oftentimes I think the real game of life is to find ALIGNMENT with what we are passionate about.
When we start to feel tired and depleted, it isnât because we need a nap.
Itâs because weâve veered away from our passions and have dimmed our inner resources that naturally light us up.
Finding your RHYTHM is all about aligning with your natural superpowers that spark creativity and JOY.
If you feel like youâve lost that, take some time this weekend to remember what really makes you come aliveâŚ
