Something is always better than nothing…
To achieve your goals, It is essential that you keep moving. We are never always 100% ! When time is tough, when tired, when not motivated… the smallest actions always count more than nothing.
So make sure to get it done; at your pace; just do the little thing. When you put it together, the little things can and will become big things.

You should put yourself first above all. Your mental health , your physical health should be your first priority.
Not your partner, not your work , not your kids!
You have time. If not? Make time! Because everyone has time. Make it a priority.
When you are happy, you most likely make the others happy. Don’t matter how busy you are. It doesn’t work the other way around.
Put yourself first so you can be a better self , that way you’ll be better to the others.
