cowley.796 outstanding transformation has been over a 2 year period. He’s gone through several cutting and building phases to achieve this physique. It certainly didn’t happen over night. He’s been really consistent with nutrition and training and it’s really paid off.

He’s also a great asset to the gym, he is an excellent member to have here. Always gives a helping hand with other members passing on the knowledge he has gained.

I hope you’re happy as I am with what you have achieved!

came to me and asked if we could put a plan together so she could really push her limits for 10 weeks.

We done the following.

Cardio in the morning.

Aggressive deficit/ high protein diet.

Following a training plan aiming for progressive overload.

She consistently done these without fail and the results showed. She dropped a further 15lb in 10 weeks on top of the 18lb she had lost the year prior.

33lb in total and her life changed forever.

It’s shows that following the basics works. Alison’s plan now is to slowly up her calories and aim to build more muscle.
