Again, thank you to everyone who took part in The HIIT Company Takeover a few weeks back. We have raised, together, £2316.60 which is incredible and I’m certain will go along way for the hospice.

St Mary’s Hospice provides specials supportive and palliative care for people with life shortening conditions throughout South Cumbria. They are a fantastic charity and support family’s dealing with heartbreaking circumstances everyday.

St Mary’s Hospice cared and comforted my lovely Aunty Don during her battle with Cancer. This really does mean a lot to me. The hospice holds a special place in many peoples hearts.

What a fantastic day we had too. Well done to everyone and thank you again!

'Electric' event in Barrow raises money in memory of instructor's aunt The HIIT Company Takeover took place on Sunday at Barrow Park Leisure Centre, raising money for St Mary’s Hospice.

I feel on cloud 9!!! And bloody knackard!!! The day was amazing and couldn’t have gone any better. Thank you so much for all the lovely messages.
