These are the so i thought ill share.

Dr. Pepper Brownies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (salted)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi sweet)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup Dr. Pepper
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup all purpose flour

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Melt butter and chocolate chips together in a microwave safe bowl. Stir well.

Combine sugars and eggs and Dr. Pepper.

Mix well.

In a medium bowl, add cocoa powder and flour.

Mix in the sugar mixture and melted chocolate.

Pour mixture into a prepared 9 x 13 baking dish or a cast iron skillet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean from the middle.

Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing.

Strawberries and Cream Scones Ingredients

- 2 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg lightly beaten mixed with a tablespoon of water for egg wash
- 2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon
- 2-3 tablespoon milk
- powdered sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint strawberries

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425F.Cube and chill butter.
Combine dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, lemon zest, salt, and cinnamon) in a large bowl.With your fingertips work the butter into the flour mixture.Make a well in the center of the butter and flour mixture.
Add the heavy cream and stir.
Add a tablespoon of milk and stir until the dough is moistened but not wet.
Add the diced strawberries.Gently work the strawberries into the dough and knead it together.Pat into an 8 inch circle and cut triangles. Do not be afraid of using flour, excess flour can always be dusted off.
Transfer scones to a parchment lined baking sheet.
Brush with egg wash.
Bake at 425F for 12-15 minutes or until the tops and edges are golden.Cool on a cooling rack.
Drizzle with glaze (powdered sugar mixed with a bit of liquid of your choice)

Cinnamon Sugar Fried Apples Ingredients

- 150g All Purpose Flour, sifted
- 4 Large Apples
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Lemon Zest
- 250ml Milk
- Oil for frying
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Tbsp Melted Unsalted Butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients for batter (flour, salt, granulated sugar, milk, lightly beaten eggs, lemon zest, and melted unsalted butter) in a bowl until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside to rest for 30 minutes.While batter is resting core and slice apples 1 cm thick. Set aside. Start heating oil.Dip apple slices in batter, then fry until golden on each side.
Drain the apples well on double lined paper towels. Then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar (brown sugar and cinnamon combined) on the slices.
Serve immediately.
