Harmeet Kelley I Will Help You Sell Better and Bigger Without Selling Your Soul.

Your content doesn't feel generic because you are generic.

It feels generic because you're leaving out the details that make your experience uniquely yours.

Instead of:

“A client reached out to me when she was stuck.”

Say:

“A client messaged me at 11 AM asking whether she should build a webinar funnel or a VSL funnel.”

Same story.

Completely different impact.

The second one makes people see the moment.

That’s the power of specificity.

Numbers.
Places.
Exact questions.
Real outcomes.
Things clients actually said.

Before you post your next piece of content, read it out loud and ask:

“How many specific details are actually in this?”

If there are barely any, you're probably giving people something they've heard a hundred times before.

Don't just make your content relatable.

Make it recognizable. Make it yours.

Specific is terrific.

Comment SOFT and I'll send you the framework for finding the specifics in your own content.

Want to sell better?

Stop pitching. Start asking better questions.
Instead of jumping into your offer, ask:

1. “What made you book this call?”
Listen to the real reason behind their decision.
2. “What have you tried before that didn’t work?”
This tells you what they’ve already experienced, what they don’t want to repeat, and where
their hesitation comes from.
3. “What would you ideally like to change?”

Now they’re defining the outcome they actually want.
Your job isn't to force your offer into the conversation.
Your job is to understand the problem deeply enough to know whether you can genuinely help.

Good sales isn't about talking more. It's about asking better questions and actually listening
to the answers.

Comment RIGHT and I'll share the follow-up system + question framework with you.

Last week, I was on a sales call with a potential client.
And I didn't make an offer.

No pitch. No proposal. Nothing.

Within the first few minutes, it became clear that we weren't the right fit for each other.
He wasn't the right client for me.
And I wasn't the right person to help him.
So why sell?

Just because someone can afford your offer doesn't mean they should buy it.
And just because you can close the sale doesn't mean you should.

Because a wrong-fit client who signs up today can become a frustrated client tomorrow.
High-ticket sales isn't just about asking, “Can they afford me?”

The better question is:

“Are we actually a good fit to work together?”
The best salespeople don't try to close everyone.
They qualify.

And sometimes, the best decision for both sides is not making the sale at all.

Sales doesn’t have to feel pushy, manipulative, or desperate.

You can sell with integrity.
You can genuinely believe in your offer, communicate the value clearly, and still say no when someone isn’t the right fit.

Because not every lead should become your client.

Sometimes, saying does not protect the client.
Sometimes, it protects your business.
And in the long run, trust compounds far more than pressure ever will.

The goal isn’t to close everyone.
The goal is to build a business people trust.
Play the long game.

The 'instead' is embarrassingly simple. I stopped trying to close and started trying to understand. One question replaced every script: 'What would need to be true for this to be a yes?' Then I listened, fully. If it wasn't a fit, I said so. If it was, the next step was obvious to both of us. No chasing. No convincing. My close rate didn't drop. My self-respect came back.

Selling is service, or it's just pressure with better lighting. If your sales calls make you feel like
someone you're not, you don't need a better script. You need permission to drop the act.

Save this for your next call.

Your story may be powerful.

But if you start it the wrong way, people may never hear the part that matters.

A common mistake is telling stories chronologically:

"Five years ago, I started my business..."

Technically correct. Strategically weak.

Instead, start with the moment that creates tension.

"I was six months away from quitting."

Now your audience has a reason to stay.

Storytelling isn't just about what happened.

It's about what you choose to reveal first.

A strong structure creates curiosity, tension, context, and finally the lesson.

And you don't need to be a professional content creator to use it.

If you're a coach, consultant, trainer, or founder trying to connect through content, your stories can become one of your strongest assets—when they're structured properly.

Comment "STRUCTURE" and save this for the next time you're turning an experience into content.

The content people remember isn't always the most polished.

It's the content that makes them feel understood.

Hooks can earn attention.
Value can earn saves.
But connection is what makes someone stay.

That's why behind-the-scenes moments, honest mistakes, unexpected stories, and imperfect experiences often feel more compelling than perfectly produced content.

People don't connect with perfection.

They connect with recognition.

When someone watches your content and thinks, "I've felt that too," you've created something much more powerful than information.

So don't just ask:

"How do I make this content better?"

Ask:

"How do I make this feel more real?

Your experiences, opinions, lessons, and imperfections are part of your content advantage.

Comment "CONNECTION" if you want to create content that feels more human—and save this before planning your next post.

"I need to think about it."

Every coach hears it.

But here's the uncomfortable truth:

You shouldn't be trying to handle every objection on the sales call.

The best objections are eliminated before the call even happens.

Your content should already answer the questions your buyer is silently asking:

"Is this for me?"
"Will this actually work for someone like me?"
"Is it worth the investment?"
"Why should I trust you?"

If those questions aren't being answered upstream, they eventually show up on the call.

And now you're trying to overcome doubt instead of having a genuine buying conversation.

So don't just memorize objection-handling scripts.
Build content that removes the friction before the prospect gets on the call.

The goal isn't to become better at fighting objections.
It's to create fewer objections in the first place.

Comment STRUCTURE and I'll send you the PDF on designing content that handles
objections before the sales call.

“Harmeet, which is the best funnel?”

I get asked this all the time.

And my answer is simple:

None. And every funnel.

There is no single funnel that works for every coach, every audience, and every stage of business.

The funnel that works when you’re starting may eventually become a bottleneck as your business grows.

But here’s where most coaches go wrong.

They try a funnel.

It doesn’t work immediately.

They switch.

Then they switch again.

Then they start looking for the “perfect” funnel.

That’s not strategy.

That’s avoidance.

Every funnel will have problems.

Your job is to identify the bottleneck, fix it, test again, and improve the system.

So don’t ask:

“Which funnel works?”

Ask:

“Am I willing to put in the work to make this funnel work?”

Because the funnel isn’t going to build your business.

Your ex*****on will.

Save this before you switch funnels again.
