It’s our 2nd Birthday! We want to celebrate our amazing clients and the entire community for supporting us 🥂! Here’s to you all, and another year of crushing goals!!

Per the current climate involving Covid and the variants; as a studio, we take the health of our clients, families and our trainers very seriously. Regrettably, this is not over and we are taking further precautions to protect everyone as much as possible. Masks are now required indoors for each client and trainer.

Please know that we are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe, especially those compromised and more vulnerable. We appreciate your cooperation and value you all as clients, friends and most of all, an important member of your own family. Please help us in keeping our space safe and be patient while we navigate this difficult time together.

We made it through a year that took down so many small businesses. It was our FIRST year. We can not begin to express our gratitude to the amazing clients that kept us going. We learned to pivot, think outside of the studio and chose positivity through it all. We know 2021 doesn’t mean the hard stuff is over, but we feel so fortunate to have made it this far.
