Always use .therapies every 4-6 weeks. To keep me right after all the training I do! I’ve suffered a few injuries from training Aswell which he has helped me recover from! His massages don’t hurt either. Feeling like a new woman after stepping out of there today!!!
Breakfast bagel 206 calories 21.4g protein 😌. I cooked turkey rashers in air fryer for 7 minutes on 190. Once rasher was cooked popped it into bagel with cheese. Wrapped it in tin foil and popped it bk into air fryer for 1 min to melt cheese and soften bagel 😌
Breakfast egg muffins X6 eggs 100ml semi skimmed milk. I used 1 pack of Tesco ham, 1/2 onion red pepper. 1 tomato. 50 percent less fat cheese to top off.
