Hello everyone! Lately we have been talking about healing and Reiki. How many of you would like to step into spring with an educational yoga class that focuses on chakra alignment? Being in alignment helps us put our best foot forward and gives us clarity to move forward. This is a perfect opportunity to connect mind, body, and soul. Every person in the class will get a 30 minute Reiki session. This is going to be a 2 hour class and it will run for 8 weeks.
