Affordable and local to the Maineville, Ohio area, Bedrock Basketball offers basketball training! Session costs are $25 per athlete.
Bedrock Basketball offers group trainings teaching the fundamentals of basketball. Ballhandling, passing, decision making, and all around basketball IQ is focused on and stressed. Another basketball season has come and gone, and boy what a season the Little Miami Panthers had. Plenty of great teams from our youth programs capped off with a fantastic year from the Varsity squad! Congrats to all on a great season!
Now that the season is officially over everywhere, it's time to gear up and start thinking about offseason training. Bedrock Basketball is looking to offer training to the Little Miami Community (and beyond if interested) again this off season.
This year, training will be a little different. I am offering 3 levels of classes: Beginner, Intermediate, and High Level classes. You can read more about these classes on the sign up sheet pasted here at the bottom of this post. Trainings are open to both boys and girls!
If you are interested in signing up for a class, please head to the sign up genius and enter your information. I plan to start trainings around March 25th, but will give you an exact date when I see how many sign ups I get.

It has been a while since I've posted here. Part of that is that summer months for training have been slower. Part of that is personally I've been very busy and just haven't gotten around to posting. That said, I do have a couple things I'd like to put out here.
Number 1: THANK YOU PARENTS AND ATHLETES! Bedrock basketball was able to train over 40 different basketball players in the Little Miami area this past offseason. I greatly appreciate you all coming and training. I hope the kids got some real basketball knowledge over our sessions and I hope they really enjoyed themselves.
Number 2: THANK YOU Little Miami Basketball for partnering with me! A whole lot of future Panthers got better this year and will have bright seasons ahead! Also thank you to the Little Miami Athletic Department for making that happen as well!
With that said, we've officially wrapped up Bedrock Basketball training for the 2023 year. If you ever have any questions, please let me know. Also, once your athlete has their official schedule for this year, please let me know! I'd love to come out and watch a game or two!

SCHEDULE UPDATE: Due to a minor, but annoying health related issue, I am going to cancel workouts for tonight and tomorrow through Bedrock Basketball. I don't wish to spread germs to you and your children and the drills do require me to be in close proximity to the athletes. Apologies for this late notice. I was really hoping to not have to cancel. Alas, I feel it's in everyone's best interest to take a week off and show up next week.

Good afternoon everyone!
I've had a few people reach out regarding lessons to help improve the shot of some of our athletes. After some consideration with my boss, I've decided that on Tuesday nights 8-9 PM I'll be able to offer a shooting session with 4-6 places available. Pricing will be more expensive at $35 per session, but if you are interested, please reach out. If there is enough interest, I'll get a sign up genius going.

Another awesome week of training with a lot of great kids spending their spring breaks busting their butts in the gym! I love it!
A couple of things to note:
1) Parents, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO REMOVE YOURSELF FROM THE SIGN UPS OR NOTIFY ME IF YOU PLAN ON MISSING TRAININGS. We had a full 12 slots for the first session on Monday, however we only had 6 show. For refunds, you must cancel 3 days in advance or find a replacement for your session to receive a refund or move your date to another day. Day of cancellations will not be refunded unless there are extenuating circumstances are involved.
2) We have 0 sign ups for the second session on Monday, April 17th. If you wish to sign up, please do so before Sunday night, April 16th. If nobody is signed up by then, I'll go ahead and cancel the session so that they can close the doors after our first session.
