We will be taking a break from racing this weekend to honor our biggest fan! He fought a hard battle and was always there to cheer us on through the highs and lows of this great sport! We will miss you deeply. RIP and look over us!

It’s been a long time coming, but he finally did it- on the last points race of the season! It was a season of learning and growth and hard work, but with grit and determination and a positive attitude, his chase for the checkers ended with the W!

Blanket Hill Speedway tonight, come out and support us and a great track!

Did our best to make all our boy’s birthday wishes come true- we got off to a good start, with a hotdog cookout and cupcakes in the pits, and finishing first in the heat after starting from third.

With a second place start to the feature, we were optimistic that we’d finish well, but after a hit from behind, he went to the back and had to fight his way back for position.

After a few restarts, and a couple of good battles, he managed to pull a fifth place finish out of 11 cars.

Our #7 turns 12 today! His one and only birthday wish was to go racing on his birthday and to bring one of his oldest friends along for the ride. Since Blanket Hill is off for the holiday weekend, we plan to pull out to Good’s Raceway to celebrate our boy.

Come see us tonight at Blanket Hill Speedway! It’s fan appreciation night, and general admission is just $5! Plus, during intermission, fans are welcome to come onto the track and meet the drivers for photos, autographs, and more. Weather looks great, racing starts at 7.

The 21st Century Energy Group Jr Sprint Driver Spotlight: Liam Merrow

Liam's racing career started practically at birth in 2012, with radio controlled cars. He joined his dad at the race track as soon as he was able to hold a controller, and graduated to a go kart at age 6. He has raced at Race 1 Motor speedway in DuBois, Pa; Flat Run Speedway in Cleafield, Pa; Pittsfield Speedway; Stateline; Good Hope Speedway in New Springfield, Oh; and Lockhart Raceway in Senaca, Pa, accumulating many first, second, and third place finishes..

In 2023, Liam transitioned from go karts to junior sprints at Blanket Hill, and in 2024 he has alternated between there and Good's Raceway where he found his first checkered flag as a junior sprint racer.

During the off season, Liam plays basketball on the fifth grade team at General McLane. Springtime is split between racing and baseball.

Parked it last night!

We had a great time going to Goods Raceway last night. Liam Finished 2nd in his heat which put was 3rd on the grid out of 8. Got a bad restart with two other cars getting together. Had a decent car until we had a throttle cable issue which ended Liams night!

After several failed attempts to test ‘n’ tune due to bad weather, the guys can’t wait any longer and have decided to head to Good’s Raceway today. Our #7 can’t wait to get back on the track! Hoping for good weather and a safe, fast night!

Things are starting to pick up around here for race season. Liam will be racing his Jr Sprint again this year. We just placed a big order with Hyper and hope to find a little more speed this year! Ethan and Noah have decided to put racing aside this yr and focus on Hockey. Look forward to being back at the track soon. It’s our crew chief’s birthday today! Wishing the happiest birthday to Ryan Merrow, the guy who makes it all happen, who never stops researching, reading, learning about how to go faster and do better. We love you, Ryan!

With the weather we decided not to make the haul to BlanketHill Speedway.
