New to padel? New to booking? Here's everything you need to know 👆

Booking a court at Padelsphere is easier than you think. There are three ways to play in the Playtomic app, and there's one for everyone:

📅 BOOK - Know who you're playing with? Book a court privately, just you and your group.

🎾 OPEN MATCHES - No one to play with? Join an open match and we'll pair you with players at a similar level. No need to know anyone.

🏆 EVENTS - Want to meet people? Our social mix-ins, leagues and tournaments live here. The mix-ins are a brilliant, relaxed way to play with a whole group, and perfect if you're just starting out.

Sauna booking is now live!

Book a session directly on our website, whether you're a member or not. Play your own music, set the lighting how you like it, and just switch off for a while.

Come on your own or bring a guest. And you don't even have to play padel to use them, you can come in purely for the sauna.

Members get free sessions depending on tier, and Gold members get unlimited.

You asked, we listened. Padel & Coffee is here.

Our social mix-in. Turn up on your own, we pair you up, and you rotate partners every round, so you play alongside a whole group across the morning. Then a free Ringtons coffee and a catch up after.

Never played? This is the one for you. No partner needed, no experience needed, all levels welcome. It is genuinely built for beginners.

Every Tuesday and Thursday, 10am. First sessions Tue 1 and Thu 3 September.

£10, or £8 for members. Free coffee and free racket hire included.

A message from The Founders.

One week ago we opened the doors, and we’ve been completely blown away by the support.

Not just from padel players. People walking in for a coffee. People coming down just to watch the football with a pint. Families having a look round because they want to make it a weekly day out. That’s exactly what we wanted Padelsphere to be, and it happened in week one.

The thing we’ll remember most is people’s faces walking in for the first time. We’ve heard “this is posh” more times than we can count and it hasn’t got old yet.

Some of the things people have said about the venue this week have meant the world to us. We’re very proud of it, and we’re grateful you’ve taken to it the way you have.

Thank you to every single person who came down. From our members to people new to the sport, we’re very grateful.

This is only week one. We have extremely exciting plans and announcements coming very soon!

⚽️ New Premier League season starts tonight!

Play some padel, get showered, sit down with a pint and watch the game. Or you’re more than welcome to just come down for the football if you fancy.

Arsenal vs Coventry kicks the Prem off tonight at 8pm. Then Newcastle vs Liverpool on Sunday at 4:30pm, which is the one we’re looking forward to.

Sky and TNT on the big screens, licensed bar, comfy seats.

HEAD COACH WANTED

Padelsphere is hiring its first head coach.

Three brand new courts. A membership base growing week on week. And a coaching programme with no ceiling on it, because there isn't one yet.

The programme is yours to build. Beginner courses, groups, one-to-one, structure it how you want it. We're not handing you someone else's timetable.

Requirements:
• Recognised coaching qualification
• Strong playing standard
• Self-employed, with your own public liability and professional indemnity cover

What comes with it:
• Three brand new courts in a venue with no local competition
• A fast-growing member base from day one
• Brand partnership support for the right coach
• Genuine ownership of the coaching side of the business

Episode 5 - Signage Up!

Ten months ago this unit had nothing on the front of it. Now the crest is up and is a staple piece as you enter the venue.

That was the moment it stopped being a building site and started being a Padelsphere!

Sunday 16 August. Northumberland’s first dedicated padel venue opens on Spencer Road in Blyth.

Unit F, Progressive Court, Spencer Road, NE24 5TG.

Free parking on site. We’re open 7am to 10pm on Sundays.

3 full panoramic glass courts. Licensed bar and cafe with live sport across the screens. Changing rooms with two infrared saunas.

The Community Shield is on with us all afternoon, so come and play then stay and watch it with a drink.

Racket hire is free all opening week.
