Tuesday Tip:

A foam roller is a must-have!
Foam rolling is a self-myofascial release technique that:

* Provides focused relief at the trigger point
* Helps combat DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)
* Enhances muscular performance
* Decrease stiffness & improves mobility

What is the role of fascia in the body?

* Fascia is a sheath of stringy connective tissue that surrounds every structure in your body
* It provides support to your organs, muscles, tendons, ligaments, tissues, nerves, joints, and bones.
* When stressed, it tightens up

How to use a foam roller:
* Locate tight or sore area
* Center the targeted area above the foam roller
* Lower your body onto foam roller until you reach a point of discomfort (no pain)
* Hold for 20-30 secs
* You can slowly roll forward and backward to further stimulate area

Try using a foam roller before or after your next workout!

Not just any kind of weight…muscle, of course!
So the goal is fuller legs, toned arms, and lean core.

Here’s a peek into my 6-meal plan for today!!!
Eating this frequently can be a challenge, but with conscious effort… it can be done✔️

“Who has time to eat that often?” you may ask…

Well, what if I told you eating 3 larger meals is just as effective…

Yes! Studies show the total amount of calories consumed is more important than meal frequency.

Now, do you have time?

Whether you consume your meals individually (like the picture) or combine your meals w/snacks (which I often do) focus on the total amount of calories consumed.

Find what works best for you and stick to it!
