📣 IMPORTANT NOTICE 📣

Due to the increase of Covid cases in the Cheshire West and Chester area I have unfortunately decided to stop the walks for a short while.
Currently, we’re only allowed 6 people in a group and on Sundays we get more than 6, so I don’t want to disappoint those who wouldn’t get a spot.
I will be keeping a close eye on the guidelines and I’m hoping we’ll be back walking together soon!
I am wanting to keep everyone safe, both on the walks and our surrounding areas.

4 mile walk this morning 😍 The weather was kind to us Yayy! 🚶🏼‍♀️👌🏼

Walking is simple, and one of the easiest ways to get more active, lose weight and become healthier.

Sometimes overlooked as a form of exercise, walking briskly can help you build stamina, burn excess calories and make your heart healthier.

You do not have to walk for hours. A brisk 10-minute daily walk has lots of health benefits and counts towards your recommended 150 minutes of weekly exercise (NHS, 2020)
