Jumping into Winter beach training💥

The TOP things about exercising on sand; 👇

🔹Increased instability strengthens foot and ankle muscles and stabilisers of other joints. 🪨
🔹Increased resistance makes for a harder and = more effective workout. 😈
🔹A softer landing makes it a great medium on which to try explosive moments with minimal impact. 🧽

With Barcelona’s beaches 💀during wintertime it’s the ideal time to get on them and train 🏝
