The would-be developer of Tower Farm is holding a drop-in session. They will soon be submitting an outline planning application to support their push for the removal of Green Belt status from the site (which North Somerset Council is proposing in its Local Plan and which we are continuing to fight).
We understand that their intention for this session is to tell residents about what they have planned and to gather ideas that could be incorporated into their plans rather than to ask our views on the principle of the development itself. There is no reason however why we shouldn’t take the opportunity to make it clear to them (politely of course) why the development should not go ahead at all.
The event will be at Avon Way Hall from midday on Friday 10th July.
