Hello BluJay Nation! I am Coach Hendricks, the new Head Football Coach, and I am excited to be a BluJay! While recent events have put an end to athletics for this school year, next year starts TODAY! I will be posting daily workouts Monday-Friday that you can complete at home. I will also include some links that will show you how to do different exercises if you are unsure. These workouts are tailored for ALL members of BluJayNation, so feel free to complete these with your siblings or parents if you’d like. Take your time, and don’t rush through!
