You remember that kids' fishing game with the magnetic rods and fish? 🎣 We just did the grown-up PT remix to challenge single leg stability and balance — one leg, a broom stick (the rod), and a cone (the fish) that ended up flying at my head 😂 10/10 would recommend. 💪

1. Pull chicken off the bone into bite sized pieces.
2. Cook the noodles as per instructions.
3. In a wok or large frypan fry the vegetables in some oil (+ any additional herbs or spices if you want them).
4. Add the noodles and the sauce packet to the pan. Mix to combine everything.
Enjoy!

1. Pour the stock and vegetables into a large pot and simmer until the vegetables are tender. **
2. Meanwhile pull the meat off the chicken into bite size pieces. Add the chicken to the pot once the vegetables are tender.
Bon appetit!
** You can also add whatever dried herbs and spices you like for extra flavour at this stage.
