Brey Holmes Racing

Well our weekend at the Freedom Factory wasn't exactly how we planned it. But we were able to make some good gains all day and kinda just didn't have a good qualifying run.
Started 16th out of 23 and tried to ride and pass when I could and with about 30 to go our right rear axle broke causing me to spin down the front stretch. Not much we could do about that. Ended up 12th for the finish.
We are super happy with all we learned with seat time and trying different adjustments to improve the handling.
Now we know what to work on before the Bigley Memorial race in November!!
We will have it ready to go for the next race in 2 weeks at Citrus County Speedway and Track LLC !!!

It's RACE DAY!!!
We will be going for 125 laps at the Freedom Factory with the UARA National Bigley Memorial Tune Up 125 !!
After the final practice last night we ended up 13th out of 24 cars. We are going into this weekend as a test session for the big race in November. With that being said we are super proud with what we have learned so far.. Josh is doing an amazing job figuring out the set up!!
So come on out and cheer us on or catch all the action on Racing America !!

Brey Holmes Racing has entered the UARA National Bigley Memorial Tune-up 125 at Freedom Factory.

Make your plans to be at Freedom Factory this Saturday night!

We are all set for the Freedom Factory 128 lap Bigley warm up race with the UARA National series along with the UARA Sportsman Series this Saturday night.
This will be our first time there in a super late model so we hope we chose right with set up. Fingers crossed!!
If you can't make it out in person, you can watch all the action live on Racing America !! Qualifying starts at 5:45pm..

Man what an amazing weekend at Auburndale Speedway for twin 50 lap races !!! We started Saturday with some really good speed, we just couldn't get a good long run for practice but after qualifying we ended up p4 and that's where we started for the first race.
We fell back a few spots but was able to make it back up to 4th with a strong car where we finished the first race!
With the invert we started outside pole we fell in line early and the cars in front checked up and I just so happen to be there spinning the 42 trying to avoid him and got sent to the rear. After some good hard racing we were able to bring home a strong 2nd place finish !!!!!

Auburndale Speedway report.
Just when we thought we were starting to get better our bad luck continues to follow. We qualified 8th out of 21 cars and we were looking at a good night and then everything just went downhill. Got stuck on the outside and lost 5 spots with in 5 laps and just couldn't regain any momentum.
Coming to the second race we rolled off p9 and with in 10 or so laps a wire caught fire and ended our night.
Just some bad luck. We will have it back ready for Auburndale in two weeks!!!

Man words can't describe the weekend!!! We started off practice a little on the snug side but we felt comfortable.
Come qualifying we were 16th out of 20 cars.
Started 16th and got tangled up in the first lap. Got a lot of nose damage and had to come in. Thanks to my crew and others that came down to get good enough to go back out. By the end we were able to pull off a 4th place finish in the first 50 and that put us outside pole for the second 50.
In-between races my crew went to work repairing the damage better and making adjustments for the 2nd race. They did worked hard.
We fought hard for the lead the first 25 laps and had a hard fought battle for a 2nd place finish. I can't thank my team enough for all of the hard work while I was at work Saturday morning.
