Congrats to the Lady Bulldogs on their win against McKenzie Rebels tonight. Reed Jackson stunned the crowd with her over the fence, 3 run homer! 💙🖤🥎

These awesome Lady Bulldogs started out their morning greeting kiddos as they arrived to school at PES and Rhea! One 2nd grader said, “this is the most exciting day ever!” The teachers and students loved seeing these smiling faces this morning! It’s a great day to be a Bulldog! 🖤💙🐾

When college athletes take the time to teach other young athletes, people don’t truly understand the positive impact it has. Words can’t say thank you enough Abby Grace for coming out and mentoring these girls, not giving up on them, and literally driving miles to make sure they know you’re not giving up on them because of distance. 🤣 We 💙 you! Can’t wait to see you soon! I selfishly want to keep you here with us!

The IMS Lady Bulldogs are coming home as your 2022 Milan Mania Middle School Runner Ups, out of 11 total middle school teams. We are super proud of these girls! They played 6 back to back games, beginning at 10:15. We made it to the championship game, playing the #1 seed, undefeated team- Crockett County, and ended the game with a score of 3-4. These girls never gave up! Bats were on fire and defense got hotter as the day went on! Way to go Lady Dawgs! It’s always a great day to be a Bulldog! Final scores for each game:

The IMS Lady Bulldogs are coming home as your 2022 Milan Mania Middle School Runner Ups, out of 11 total middle school teams. We are super proud of these girls! They played 6 back to back games, beginning at 10:15. We made it to the championship game, playing the #1 seed, undefeated team- Crockett County, and ended the game with a score of 3-4. It’s a great day to be a Lady Bulldog! Your Lady Dawgs are heading to the ’Ship in the Milan Mania Middle School Tournament! These girls will take on the #1 seed, Crockett County! These girls have had an awesome day!!

Last nights game didn’t end like the Lady Dawgs wanted, despite having 8 hits throughout the game, but it’s always a great day to be a Lady Bulldog on and off the field. Amelia Watkins started the game off with a walk, stealing 2nd, and ending up on 3rd. Reed Jackson didn’t end things with just a double, she then hit a fireball down the 3rd baseline that even Ozzie Smith couldn’t have stopped, landing her on 3rd base. Lillian Eaton and Abigail Long helped their team out with doubles and the Lady Bulldogs also had awesome singles by Addyson Littleton, Angelina Guerrero, Eva Eaton, and Kendall Capps. Abigail Long and Reed Jackson teamed up to pick off an opponent at 3rd base. JV continued the hitting streak with awesome hits including a bomb by Addison Deeter, and a line drive to centerfield by Izzii McClain. Addison Deeter continued her streak with a double play at first base. Zailey Fitzgerald showed out with an awesome stop at 3rd, throwing the runner out at 1st base.

Wow! What a game! Your IMS Lady Bulldogs were on fire tonight! Lillian Eaton came in hot with a 5 inning no hitter, followed by Amelia Watkins getting to come in and pitch an inning to continue the no hitter streak to finish off the game. The Lady Bulldog bats were smoking and the outstanding defense was even hotter. Abigail Long and Reed Jackson led their team with risky diving plays, along with Addyson Littleton catching a pop up foul ball on the run! Zailey Fitzgerald had an awesome catch at 3rd during the Lady Bulldog JV game. Thanks to everyone who came out to cheer on your Lady bulldogs! 💙🥎🖤
