A BIG thank you to Alannah from Forest Yoga with Alannah 🧘♀️ for delivering a relaxing sound bath followed by a lovely healthy breakfast 🍓🍌. Some feedback from the women included enjoying the deep relaxation , the mindfulness element, the physical comfort and the spiritual connection.

What to bring: a yoga mat , and if you want a blanket
What to wear: warm clothes , double socks are always a good idea

& If it's raining a light rain jacket would be an idea although the area is largely protected from rain with tree cover 🌳

Outdoor yoga questions-
What do I need to bring : a mat, and a blanket (optional)
What do I wear: whatever you want :) comfort is key. Sometimes it's a bare foot day, sometimes it's a double socks day! Layers are good just incase
What about weather:
The area is very sheltered and rain will not impact us, but you can bring a rain jacket just incase there's a drizzle

Restorative Yin/Yang class with a sound meditation to finish :)
My yoga classes are attended by wonderful people from all different backgrounds- yoga itself means 'unite'.
I hope that my class goers will unite with me on Sunday 15th. As a mother of three children, currently on maternity leave, my heart is very heavy when I look at the news every day. I feel the pain of the mothers I see..I want to protect the children. I will be donating all the contributions from this class to Doctors Without Borders as a gesture of my unity with those who need it right now. The class is a recommended £7 but this is a give-what-you-can basis, all contributions are welcome.

Hot yin yoga: combining the detoxifying and circulatory benefits of the heated room, with the deep passive stretches of yin- allowing the body to release deeply held tension.
Yin yoga is a style of yoga where poses are held for longer , between 1 to 5 minutes. This allows us to target the deep connective tissues of the body- lengthening and creating flexibility in the ligaments , joints and fascia. The benefits of yin yoga are not purely physical- the meditative pace calms the mind and students can benefit from the stillness the practice brings
