Create boundaries to maintain a healthy mental headspace.

Boundaries should be created if….

1. They make you question your ability and worth.

2. They make you angry, sad, and alone.

3. They don't bring happiness.

Boundaries are made to protect you. They are there to help you regain your power and confidence.

So try to honor your boundaries.

People have made unintentional boundaries already but don't see them as boundaries; so don't feel bad for intentional making boundaries for yourself. ***You never know these can be temporary boundaries***
