On May 29th, Corey Estey - Coreyography Dance & Fitness - will be hosting three Zumba classes at Radiothon: Play All Day! Proceeds from the onsite classes will help kids at Horizon Health Network/Réseau de santé Horizon's Stan Cassidy Centre for Rehabilitation get adapted bikes and life jackets to help them stay active and Play All Day this summer! Our dear friend Kristin is returning to Canada to resume her cancer treatments after months away from family, and friends in the United Sates. We are in awe of her strength, and light throughout this journey. We are so proud of you Kristin!!!💪

To help her and her family make this transition as seamless as possible we are holding a Zumba Dance Fundraiser! Join Renea on March 9th from 4-5pm and dance for Kristin! The minimum donation to join the party and support Kristin is $15. All funds raised will be going directly to Kristin and her family. You can donate ahead of time by stopping into the facility with cash. We will also be accepting cash donations on the day of the event.

Bring your warrior spirit, and wear teal to show your support in kicking ovarian cancers A**!!! 1 in 78 women will fight ovarian cancer in their lifetime, and 1 in 108 women will have their lives taken. We are fundraising for Kristin, but we will be dancing for ALL women in the world who have battled this horrible disease.

In today's we present Kellie Davis from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada 🇨🇦. Kellie has been a since 2009, a ZJ since 2014 and teaches Choreo Jams.

Kellie says her favorite thing about teaching Jams is, "the ability to connect with fellow ZIN™ members through our love for Zumba™! The feeling you get when meeting people from all over the world that share your passion is priceless...and seeing instructors succeed in their classes."

Her advice to her fellow ZINs is to “be confident in yourself and your unique set of skills and abilities that you bring to your classes! Your participants love you for YOU! And don't be afraid to ask for help when needed...we're always just one message away!"

We're back for another amazing year of Zumba! Starting September 12, join us at The Ville every Tuesday at 6 pm for dancing, laughter and good vibes! Important changes for this year: we will be in the community room as the gym is undergoing renovations. Also, we won't be taking punch cards on Tuesdays (Chantal will be offering punch cards for her Wednesday night class only).

I'm very grateful that I was given the opportunity to teach as part of the Freddy Z Crew this summer. Each instructor was supportive, welcoming and brought their own flavor to the playlist. I'm proud to be part of this amazing group of people. I've definitely found my tribe. 🥹

Also, never did I imagine that I would ever muster up the confidence to be up front facing all of you, the participants. You inspired me every week to face my fears with your smiles, energy, and willingness to put up with me as I try to figure out my own way as a Zumba instructor. Kudos 🤗

Despite the times we were rained out- we rocked it this year. Thank you so much to everyone that came to shake it with us this summer!! 😘
