Try a 30 minute walk outside, a bike ride, an exercise class, or just get on the floor and stretch.
If you need some energy and want to feel motivated…JUST MOVE and the rest will follow.

They are so full of drive, sweetness, and passion for life. I’m one proud momma! They’re also very involved in what I do as Barre instructor and small business owner, and I love that I get to include them in all the ins & outs of what I love to do!

“You can’t have your cake and eat it, too.” 🍰
Is it true, what they say? Not sure who they is… but supposedly you can’t have it all. Or can you?
Can you eat cake and still be “in shape”?
I say absolutely! Just don’t eat the WHOLE cake and keep that hydration up. All good things in moderation 😄
Can you exercise daily and still get all those ‘other things’ on your list done?
Yes. In fact, you’re more likely to get those things done because your mind is cleared and ready for productivity! Plus, if you exercise regularly, your body is able to handle more. You’ll get tired less easily and have more energy overall.
👏🏻 My vote is have your cake and eat your cake and live (and LOVE) your life to the fullest!

With routines (somewhat) back in place (my kids have had their classes in school quarantined multiple times already so… 🤪), we all need a reminder of how to take care of US when we have a minute to breathe! Oh, breathing also counts as self care 😆

✨I’m beyond thrilled to be recognizing this amazing client, Brenda Howard. ✨
Today is Brenda’s birthday 🎉 and she joined the Elizabeth Woolwine Fitness Barre Community exactly 1 Year Ago this week! 🤩
My calculations aren’t exact, as I was originally keeping track of attendance with paper & pencil in my choreo notebook, but
🌟Brenda has completed {roughly} 1️⃣7️⃣0️⃣ classes with me since joining at the end of last summer! 🌟
This woman is one of the most thoughtful, kind people I know, and is extremely dedicated to her health and wellness. I’m proud of her achievements and so glad to have her joining me (on average) 4x a week at the BARRE! 👏🏻
Happy Birthday, Brenda! I’ll miss you at class tonight but I’m glad you’re taking the night off to CELEBRATE you! 🎉
