Tennessee Kayak Anglers' Tournament Trail

Kayak bass fishing tournament trail for all ages and experience levels in the greater Knoxville, TN We offer an online and meetup trail.

TNKATT is a member of the Kayak Anglers Society of Tennessee (KAST) which consists of 11 clubs from across the state. We follow KAST rules which can be found on the TNKATT group page under files. Both trails are open to the public. We do offer a membership option, but it is not required. Membership allows an angler to qualify for our end of year Classic, compete for meetup Angler of the Year honors and qualify for our state championship team. We utilize TourneyX for almost all our events.

***UPDATE***

Search and Rescue efforts have concluded. We will be still be making a slight adjustment to the area boundaries to ensure the safety of our anglers. The Chilhowee Dam tailwaters are off limits up until the first paved ramp at Harley Davidson.

Tellico Boundary Update

We are closely monitoring the ongoing search and rescue efforts below Chilhowee Dam. If the individual is not located before the Captain’s meeting on Friday we will adjust the SouthEast boundary of Tellico to exclude that section of River. If you are planning to fish that area please have a backup location in mind in case we have to adjust the boundaries.

Blount County, TN, we need volunteers with Kayaks willing to help search Tellico Lake for Rick Edward Kitts.

My husband Rick Edward has gone missing at Chilhowee lake. Lt. Colonel M.Majors said anyone with kayaks are welcome to come out and help search the banks.
