2025 Midwest Elite Invite - True Invite

The question is asked many times “How are the invited teams chosen?” for the Midwest Elite (Catalina Wine Mixer).

A team list is comprised of all teams who have placed in the top 8 of key, competitive, high profile events in the Midwest. The teams are then contacted with an invite, whether they choose to attend the event or not, the team earned the invite and should be made aware of it.

This system is not perfect and some quality teams may be missed due to playing more of a “National Schedule” in 2024. If this is the case and you are staying more local in 2025 please feel free to reach out.

Once again in 2025 the event will be fielding only 72 teams to maximize exposure. 16 and 18u only.
