Don’t believe those miraculous monthly progress on social media when they mostly try to sell you a “magic fat burner pill”. This is a real time of transformation which you can change your body with a proper diet and regular exercise.

Tip: If you haven't done any exercise in 20 years, don't expect to become Arnold Schwarzenneger in a month.

The first few workouts always hurt, but your body gradually gets used to them.

Tip: Also If you don’t feel any pain after your workout, it doesn’t mean you can’t grow or make any progress.
