The Front Squat takes proper mobility and core strength in effort to transfer the load properly down your kinetic chain into your legs. This can be done through auxillary core work using kettlebells, dumbells, or any front loaded weights that make you use your upper back extensors and stabilize your lumber spine.

Always a great idea for most stationary and low impact leg workouts!
Form Check: The Meister
(Burpee - Clean - Thruster)
1️⃣ Do not slingshot your spine during the burpee.
2️⃣ Brace your spine by holding breathe and getting tense for the clean. Pull vertically without bending your spine and catch. The power comes from the legs, the pull is simultaneous.
3️⃣ Don’t let your chest fall forward in the front squat portion of the thruster. Keep your elbows driving up and maintain neutral spine. Squeeze bag to your chest.
4️⃣ Press overhead not out in front. Get your elbows to your ears. Maintain neutral spine with no lower back arch.
Tension is the key!
Squat Jumps are something we do a lot here at FIRE in various exercises. A few important tips to remember are:
1️⃣ Push your knees apart and forward over your toes.
2️⃣ Your take off position should be your landing position in order to absorb the landing into your legs.
3️⃣ If you are not fully extending your legs then you are not using your glutes.
4️⃣ Get those hips forward and fully extend your legs!
