This is the fitness program you’ve been waiting for! If you are into fitness and have a child or know a child that need to loose some weight and get fit, then you should bring them out to Arawak Cay starting January 4th, 2020. Registration is only $10 per class or $40 per month. This one hour class will be fun and interactive and will work on strengthening those core muscles your child would need to loose weight. Let’s together stomp out “Childhood Obesity”. Let’s aim for a ONE “fit” Bahamas!!!
