This is the home of Barton Cricket Club. Barton's colours are royal blue and grey. Civic Pub has been the club's major sponsor since 2013-14.
Formed in 1982/3, we play in the Canberra City & Suburban Cricket Association competition with 45 over-a-side matches on hard wickets, Saturday afternoons from October to March each year. Barton Cricket Club is one of the oldest clubs in the Canberra City & Suburban Cricket Association having been established in 1983 just five years after the Association was formed. The club welcomes all genders, ages and skill levels, training at Reid Oval and celebrating post-match at the Civic Pub in Braddon.

We have THREE tables booked in the lounge area for 7:30pm at Civic Pub – please make sure you get along after the game to support our major sponsor. The later booking gives people time to go home and have a shower before heading in to celebrate the end of the round matches. We had a great turn out last week and it would be good if could get the same.
