A bit about Louise

I am passionate about exercise and being as healthy as can be (nothing extreme). I follow the 80:20 approach, 80% healthy and 20% not so healthy, by following this approach it’s sustainable and you can enjoy life.

I love chocolate! I exercise so I can eat it ... as simple as that!

It’s really important that you find exercise you enjoy, but as we get older and a bit less energetic, exercise should be part of our lives and it might become like cleaning the house ... you just have to do it.

My qualification include a degree in B.Comm (Sports Management), Higher Diploma in Sports Therapy (Sports Injury, Rehab, Nutrition and Massage), level 3 Spinning Instructor (including SpinPower & Being a Rockstar), Les Mills (RPM, Sprint & Immersive Training), Pre & post natal exercise, and many smaller certifications. I’m also registered with REP’s the regulatory body for Exercise Professionals.
