I think at this point we can all agree that the anabolic window is not a real thing. However, I still believe having a high quality post workout meal is crucial to recovery. Especially when your natural and not the liver king!Today for me, it's teriyaki steak with veggies over rice. Everything weighed and measured!

Leg day today! First one of improvement season. Weight and reps did suffer a little because I'm still recovering from show week, but overall I'm pretty happy with it. Need to keep growing for the next show!

First workout of improvement season. Chest and Shoulders were my biggest detractors on the stage, so you know I had to lead right off working on weaknesses! What do you guys think of this chest and shoulders workout?
