🐾 This Week in Hewitt-Trussville Athletics | September 21–26

Another full week of Husky Athletics is ahead! ❤️🤍

We kick things off Monday with HTMS Volleyball traveling to Thompson, while 9th Grade Football takes on Mountain Brook at home.

Tuesday brings a big day of varsity action! Varsity Swimming heads to the VHHS Invitational, while Volleyball hosts Hoover and Flag Football hosts Vestavia. 🏠

On Wednesday, HTMS Volleyball is at home against Bumpus and Clay-Chalkville, followed by another home matchup on Thursday as HTMS Football takes on Mountain Brook.

Thursday Hewitt Cheerleaders kick off their competition season at the AHSAA North Central Regional Cheerleading Competition at the Birmingham Crossplex.

After a quiet Friday, the Huskies are back in action Saturday! HTMS Cross Country competes at the Spain Park Invite, Varsity Volleyball travels to the Drummond Invitational, and 9th Grade & JV Volleyball host the Husky Challenge.

We have 875 sign-ups for the new Hewitt-Trussville specialty car tag, which means we only need 125 MORE to reach our goal of 1,000!

🔍 OPEN GATE SECURITY
All fans must pass through Open Gate security. You do not need to remove keys, wallets or loose change. If the system alerts, security will conduct a search before entry. Please arrive early and allow extra time.
There are no passes out. Re‑entry requires a new ticket.

🏟️ STADIUM REMINDERS
🚫 No weapons, confetti, skateboards, scooters, Frisbees, balls, bicycles or other prohibited items.
🍔 No outside food, drinks, gum, seeds, snacks, coolers or thermoses. One clear plastic water bottle is allowed.
🚭 No to***co, va**ng or alcohol on school property.
🏈 No spectators on the field or sidelines without proper credentials.
🚫 No one is permitted on the North End Zone grass.
👨‍👩‍👧 Elementary and middle school students must be accompanied by an adult and remain with their parent/guardian.
👏 Appropriate language and good sportsmanship are expected.
