Don’t forget to do the escape room. You’ll have access till 10 pm at night, you can leave and come back as many times as you want during the day.

In a dry climate, your body loses water much faster than in cooler or more humid environments, so packing enough water is critical. A good rule of thumb:
• Baseline: 🥤 0.5–1 liter per hour of hiking (about 2–4 cups).
• Hot/dry conditions: 🔥 Bump this up to 1 liter per hour.
• All-day hikes: Plan for 3–4 liters (3–8 lbs of water) depending on mileage, elevation, and heat.
• Backup: Always carry a water filter, purification tablets, or know water sources on your trail map in case you run low.

👉 Pro Tip: Electrolyte packets (like Nuun, Liquid I.V., or even a pinch of salt + sugar) help replace what you lose through sweat, keeping you from getting dehydrated.
