CrossFit Movida - Maroochydore

Today wasn’t just a workout. It was showing up together, pushing through a HERO WOD, and taking a moment to remember what ANZAC Day is all about 🇦🇺 🕊️

Then straight into what we do best… BBQ fired up, bacon & egg sangas flying, and more freshly baked Anzac biscuits than we’d like to admit. Such a lovely morning for the Movida fam 💚

Sent them out for their 400 metre warm up run in clear skies… 30 seconds later, absolutely bucketing 🌧️😂

ANZAC Day HERO workout and not one person turned back. Rain, hail or shine, we get it done.
