💫The true essence of success lies not in the constant hustle, but in finding harmony within ourselves. It's about aligning our actions, intentions, and aspirations with the deepest parts of our being. 💫
In a world that teaches us and encourages us to achieve, get things done, and be productive, I've experienced that when I prioritise alignment, everything falls into place effortlessly. It's about recognizing that my worth is not determined by my productivity or the number of hours I put in, but by the authenticity and fulfilment I bring into each moment.
It hasn't always been like this for me. I used to think that I needed to achieve, that I needed to be busy and productive all the time so I would feel worthy. I’ve learned and I am still learning to trust the divine timing of life and to surrender to the flow of the universe.
🌟 The truth is, life isn't just about working harder, pushing ourselves relentlessly, and burning out. Our higher self yearns for something more profound and sustainable: ALIGNMENT. 🌈✨
Only when we are in that place of alignment and flow, we tap into our true power and potential and the right opportunities, people, and experiences will naturally come to us!

🌟 Yesterday, I had the incredible opportunity to facilitate a transformative Enneagram workshop for an amazing company! 🎉✨
We explored the nine different personality types and their core motivations. Together, we explored the unique strengths and challenges of each Enneagram type, creating a sense of empathy, compassion and understanding within the team.
And we finalised with a fun game where they got to see in action the different approaches and behaviours of each type!
✨ It's moments like these that remind me of the power of self-awareness and the potential it holds for personal and professional growth.

🌟 Do you know the power of I am affirmations? 🌟
Words are powerful, and the words we say to ourselves can have a huge impact on our thoughts, feelings, and actions. That's where I am affirmations come in. By repeating positive statements starting with "I am," we can start to shift our mindset and create a more positive self-image.
Here are a few examples of I am affirmations you can try:
✨ I am capable of achieving my goals.
✨ I am worthy of love and respect.
✨ I am confident in my abilities.
✨ I am grateful for all the blessings in my life.
Try repeating these affirmations to yourself every day, either in the morning or before bed. You can also write them down in a journal or on sticky notes and place them around your home or workspace as a reminder.

Meet my amazing husband, who always believes in me and pushes me to be my best self. My two beautiful sons, who remind me of the importance of slowing down and cherishing the little moments in life.
Being a mom, wife and running my own coaching business can be challenging, but having a supportive family makes all the difference in the world. They are my foundation and my constant source of strength and love! ❤️

Many of us have been taught that success comes from working tirelessly, sacrificing our personal lives and putting in long hours at the office. But the truth is, working harder doesn't always translate to being more productive or achieving better results. In fact, it can lead to burnout and decreased effectiveness.
Working smarter means being intentional with your time and energy, prioritizing tasks and taking breaks when needed. It means finding ways to optimize your efforts and achieve more with less.
But it's not just about being more productive - working smarter can also improve your quality of life. By managing your time more effectively, you can create space for the things that matter most, like spending time with loved ones or pursuing hobbies and passions.
Remember, it's not about how much you work, but how well you work that counts! 💪💥

Believing is the first thing you need to do in order for you to achieve something!
Without it, your dreams and goals will be pointless, because you'll be doubting your skills and capabilities to actually take the necessary actions. If you don't believe you can achieve them you won't take the first step, you won't move because you fear that you might fail.
Therefore, the only way to actually do it is to believe you can do it. ⚡️🔥

You've probably said this at some point in your life:

The best way to get something done is to break it down into small steps so it makes it manageable, less overwhelming and allows you to make steady progress until you get it done.

☕️ “Let's fill our own cup first so that we can abundantly pour into the people and projects that we truly love and care about”
Many of us understand that we need to fill our cup, but we don’t do it. Some of that comes down to the guilt that surrounds self-care. There’s an idea that it feels selfish, or that you’re ignoring your responsibilities. It’s not! You are important too and you need to give yourself permission to relax and have fun!
Failing to take care of yourself hurts in the long run, for both health and productivity. Trying to deal with life’s challenges when your glass is empty runs you down physically and mentally, and makes you more vulnerable to illness.
✨Taking care of yourself = keeping your cup full. If you don’t do things to keep your cup full, you have nothing left to give or share with others.
