Here's a great opportunity to get some extra work. For five weeks, INPOWERiQ will offer Skills & Drills nights for 14U-18U players. Defensive work on Tuesdays and hitting on Thursdays.

Cost is $10 for members and $20 for non-members.

Softball Metrics Combine

Metrics are becoming a key component in the recruiting process. INPOWERiQ is offering a Metrics Combine where all key data will be electronically measured and recorded. Each player will receive a profile after the combine that they can share in the recruiting process.

Athletic performance metrics will include -
Height, weight, reach
40 yard sprint
Home to First time
5-10-5 shuttle
Vertical and broad jump

Softball metrics will include -
RAPSODO exit speed (tee & front toss)
Overhand throw velocity
Catcher pop time
RAPSODO pitch velocity and spin rates

Certified instructors will perform all the measurements.

Since the forecasted weather conditions for this weekend are not in our favor, American Freedom 2029 will be rescheduling our open practice to 2/4/24.

We are still looking to add catching depth and speed to our lineup but all positions will be considered. Our 14U team generally practices in the Mid-Cities/Keller area and is led by Coach Luke Cribbs. 🥎💪🏻
