Cornwall winger Decarlo Trerise, who himself attended the trial back in January this year said “I urge anyone in the south west to come along to the trial and give it a go,”

A historic day for South West Rugby League

All Golds stage landmark double for South West Rugby League June 26 will go down as a significant day for Rugby League in the South West, with the Cornish Rebels making their debut in the Betfred Women’s Super League South in a double header also featuring a Southern Conference League draw between Devon Sharks and the All Golds.

All Golds Rugby League take on Devon Sharks RLFC in the Southern Conference Legaue at 12noon

At 2.30pm the ladies take to the field as the Goldern Ferns face the Cornish Rebels RLFC in the newly formed Betfred Women's Super League South

Whilst over at Teignmouth RFC at 2pm it's a Devon Derby with Teignbridge Trojans RLFC against Tarka Storm RL

Also on Saturday, it’s a battle of South West in the Southern Conference League as Devon Sharks start their league campaign against All Golds. Kick off is 2:30pm at Newton Abbot RFC.
