I like to workout in the AM. I find that the longer I wait, the more likely it won't happen. But find the time that works for you!
I don't even like the word diet! It's about replacing unhealthy foods with healthy choices! Set small goals...ex: adding a veggie to 2 meals a day. Drinking X amount of water a day. Adding fruit once a day.

This is why strength training is sooo important!
