Justin has been a tremendous help to the team. He's always willing to drop what he's doing to help anyone with on the spot bike repairs, and help out on the track. He goes above and beyond for everyone. He's also super fast and his races are fun ones to watch!

One of our riders, Rylynn Hirst, went down hard at the Gold Cup Qualifier today in Cedar Rapids. Report from mom is nothing is broken and she sustained deep tissue bruises. Let's send good vibes to Rylynn in her recovery❤️🖤 Rylynn is one tough girl and will be back tearing it up on the track after her recovery🤘

Today at East Moline BMX Speedway we had 3 motos of parents racing their kids. Both Keim Times had to race each other in cruiser, Baby Metal had to race her mom Coach Jill in cruiser and her dad the Metal Man in class.🤘🔥❤️🖤

The track operator at East Moline BMX Speedway is allowing Coach Jill to hold a girls/ladies only skills clinic if there is enough interest. The clinic would cover starts, turns, and pumping. The clinic could take place on a Monday or Sunday depending on feedback. Comment below if this is something you or your daughter would be interested in attending

Coach Jill here, I’ve watched Cameron work his way up from a novice with no wins to a strong intermediate rider💪 he gets better every single race and puts in the work at practice. He loves to challenge himself in trying to jump and manual everything out on the track. He is kind and always tries to make people laugh. He is ready to take on his new group 🤘

Another one of our riders hit a big milestone last night! Joel MetalMan O'Malley got his 20th intermediate win and is now moved up to expert! It took him just over a year to go from novice to expert, and since he's married to Coach Jill he races a lot! We're looking forward to seeing Joel mix is up with the experts!
