YoungShip er en profesjonell non-profit organisasjon for unge mennesker som arbeider innen den globale maritime industrien.
Grunnlagt i Bergen i 2004, spredte initiativet raskt til andre maritime huber. Den globale YoungShip-nettverket i dag teller mer enn 2.500 individuelle medlemmer i Oslo, Møre, Haugesund, Stavanger, Kristiansand, Singapore og Brasil (Rio).
