What I love the most about this Grooms Athletics Resistance Band is the versatility. You can use it anywhere and it’s great to supplement with free weights. The instability of the band requires muscle fibers to activate in a way to keep it stable, unlike a dumbbell or kettlebell which is a stable object. All these tools combined together will give you the back your looking for in no time!
