Justin Cullum Racing
Justin Cullum is a 25 year old from Manchester, Maryland. He got into racing following the footsteps of his father, Fred Cullum, and his grandfather, Walt Cullum. Walt Cullum was a stout Figure 8 driver that raced at Dorsey Motor Speedway and various other tracks in the tri-state area. Fred Cullum was a huge Thunder Car driver who raced primarily at Lincoln Speedway. Fred now races e-modifieds with Justin Cullum.
Justin started racing in 2010, at the age of 16, in the Classic Racing Series. He raced in the Classic Racing Series for 2 years with some impressive top 5 finishes.
In 2012, Justin moved into the All American Outlaw Series where he found great success. He traveled to many tracks such as Trailways Speedway, Lincoln Speedway, BAPS Motor Speedway, Williams Grove Speedway, Port Royal Speedway, Hagerstown Speedway, Path Valley Speedway, Shippensburg Speedway, Thunder Valley Raceway, Potomac Speedway, Selinsgrove Speedway, and Wi******er Speedway. He had won the All American Outlaw Series championship in 2014 and had eight wins in the division.
In 2017, he moved up to the e-modified division traveling all over Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Tracks including Wi******er Speedway, Lincoln Speedway, Potomac Speedway, Hagerstown Speedway, Selinsgrove Speedway, Port Royal Speedway, and Path Valley Speedway. Justin has been racing with the Mid Atlantic Modified Racing Series in which he finished an impressive third place in points with the touring series in his rookie season. In 2018, he came to fame at a race at Path Valley Speedway against tough competitors, Alyssa Rowe and Michael Altobelli, where he got his first win in the e-modified division. This past season, he finished a tough 6th place in points.
Looking into the 2019 racing season, Justin and his father, Fred Cullum, are looking to run again with the Mid Atlantic Modified Touring Series as well as travel to tracks such as Bedford Speedway, Virginia Motor Speedway, and others when their schedules allow.
