Who's ready for another dip?

I can't remember the name of the beach that was recommended, but I would be SUPER game to give it a try!

I'm wondering if anyone would be down for Saturday morning instead? Of course you can all go without me, I just have plans at 9AM on Sunday 🙌🏽

Looks like 9AM SUNDAY, FEB 12 might be the best for getting us all out for the first dip (unfortunately I'm backcountry this weekend)

What to bring:

Towel
Watershoes (optional)
Toque / Mittens (optional)

We'll do a quick 7 minute Wim Hof breathwork on the beach prior to going in. ** Make sure you're wearing something warm **

I will wear a bright orange(ish) coat with a black towel on the ground so you know where to come :)
