I know it’s been awhile! But better late than never. It’s time. 16 weeks and I will be apart of the Alpha Win Championships, Olympic distance division. Back at Lake Cahuilla. Check back to follow my progress and preparation

Hi everyone. Well it’s been awhile since I’ve been on. With everything happening I just have not been training and that’s a shame. Well some new motivation just came up. I have been given a registration to the Alpha Win Triathlon in Lake Coahuila this October! Time to clean up the gear and get back out there!

Well. We did it! The longest distance I’ve done so far. Under two hours. Not gonna lie it hurt a bit but I knew my training was not on point. Now to plan next year and move up to Olympic distances. See you out on the road. Later

Yes it is the series championships. Yes I am in it. But this is a personal endeavor. I participate to complete, not compete. As in life, don’t compare and compete with others. Do what God has called you to do.

Packing up and resting. Taper week is over and it’s time to head to the desert. HITS triathlon championships here I come.
