3 Hacks to Get Through Your BDB Planner ✨

1. Don’t rush the journal prompts
This is not a race. You don’t have to answer every prompt in one sitting. Take your time and move through them week by week. Let your answers evolve as you do.

2. Keep coming back to your planning & calendar pages
Think of this as your north star. When things feel overwhelming or unclear, return to your planning and calendar pages. They’re your grounding point. simple, focused, and intentional.

3. Find your journaling partner
This could be a friend, sibling, family member, or accountability buddy. Journal together, ask each other questions, or help one another reflect. Growth is powerful on its own but even better in community.

Remember: the Planner is meant to support you, not pressure you. Go at your pace, stay consistent, and trust the process 🤍
