Some photos from guiding the Churchers College Sixth Form Adventure Club on their 5 Peaks in 48 hours challenge last weekend. Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, Snowdon, Carrauntoohil (Ireland) and Slieve Donard (Northern Ireland). All 7 young people completed the challenge in 47 hours and 53 minutes including completing the first 3 Peaks within 24 hours (23 hours and 37 minutes) which is a major achievement in itself. The accumulative time on the mountain ascents was 15 hours and 58 minutes while the rest of the time was spent travelling by minibus between the peaks. Well done everyone, what an amazing achievement!
