Our First ever Chichester PlarkPlay 🥳Launched 24th February 2024

Have a look at this FREE community day running on the 6th September from The Pavilion Chichester, The Graylingwell Chapel and The Shed.

ParkPlay will be running as usual from at Havenstoke Park 🌳in Graylingwell, Chichester 🏏⚽️
Just like ParkRun but with a playful twist. ParkPlay is all about having fun rather than just exercising 🥳
Spread the word and bring your friends and families along from 10am - 12pm for an unforgettable playtime 🤸🤩

We are so excited for our site wide Community day on September 6th! We will have FREE activities and events running throughout the day at all our venues. Here at the Pavilion we have taster sessions in both the STUDIO and the THERAPY ROOMS between 10am and 3pm as follows:

IN THE STUDIO:

10am: Tai Chi with Robert Pehrson – Gentle movement and energy work

11am: Broadway Boogie with Ellie – Follow along, fun dance for all ages

12pm: Postural Fitness with Tim Goullet – Dynamic movement for back pain

1pm: Gong Sound Bath with Lisa Broad – Relaxing Gong Sound bath

2pm: Breathwork with Dan & Karen from Vitae Vi – An introduction to Breathwork

IN THE THERAPY ROOMS:

10am-12pm: Massage / Beauty Therapy with Chantelle Van Vilet – chantellevanvliet.co.uk

BORGERS ROOM
10am-3pm: Consultations for neurodiversity assessments with Neurodiverse Online – neurodiverseonline.com

SHORD ROOM
10am-3pm: Consultations on hypnotherapy treatment with Phil Knox – phhypnosis.co.uk

We played Line Tag 🏃🏻🏃🏼‍♀️ Hungry Snakes 🐍 🎾 and Corners 🔸🔹 this morning. Before heading to the cafe for a well deserved treat🍦

What a fantastic morning we had on Saturday with lots of returning families! We played 🎾Tennis Relays, 🏃Steal the Sash and finished with a game of 🏏Rounders.
