Central's Brown named to all-conference women's hoops squad - Central College Athletics PELLA—Central College's Kendall Brown (junior, Moravia), among the nation's top shot blockers, was named to the all-American Rivers Conference women's basketball team.
The girls game has been postponed, it will now be tomorrow evening.
Big district win tonight for the lady Mohawks. 40-35 win, we will play Tuesday in monte. Thanks to everyone that came out!!! Go blue.

Congrats to our all conference academic award winners pretty sure we are missing 3 Girls, plus congrats to kim Chandanais for 2nd team all conference and Payton Maddy for all honorable mention all conference.

The Seymour Jv game has been moved from February 5th the 1st this Thursday night. We will begin at 6, then the boys will follow.
We handed out raffle tickets to all the girls, so if you see one of them, they can fill them out. Just give them the money and put your name and number on the card. Plus, we will be selling tickets at the games with a table and the quilt displayed. Thanks

The moravia lady Mohawks will be having a raffle during Home basketball games for this beautiful quilt. This quilt will have autographs on it, we will wait to see who wins it and whatever team they want to sign it, we will arrange something. Tickets will be 1 for $2 or 3 for $5. The ladies would like to give a big shout out to ruby starr for making this quilt and donating, her son is the jr high Girls coach and grand daughter Hannah is a freshman on the team. Hey everyone the girls will be scrimmaging Baxter high school Saturday the 25th. Eric Padget is the coach he is a alumni of moravia and my old coach, his mom the Marie the head cook. We were wondering if we could get some parents on board to help Marie get a small meal together for all the girls and have a little social time with each other. If this something you would be interested in please let me know.

Had 17 Girls sign up, not a bad sign up. Also parents next week we have practice Monday thru Friday 3:35-6 all week. Monday we will get out early for banquet, then Wednesday we have to let go at 5:30. I will give the girls a printed schedule and try to keep everyone posted on here.
