Pre-Ran: 18 plates
Fresh: 10 plates

FULL SIZE HOBO
Pre-Ran: 14 plates
Fresh: 8 plates
Duo Driver Allowed (each driver pays driver entry)

FWD HOBO
Pre-Ran: 14 plates
Fresh: 8 plates
Passengers Allowed (must be 21 years and older)
-Passenger doors must also be plated like the driver's door- use the driver doors rule!!!!!-

JUNKYARD DOGS — MWFA STYLE
Pre-Ran: 4 plates
Fresh: 2 plates
4"x4"x1/4" flat tube front bumper allowed.
Do NOT shorten the frame.
Bumper cannot pass outside of the tires.

POWER WHEELS — AGES 3–9

Cars built to other promoters’ rules are allowed within reason. You MUST bring the rule set the car was built to along with a valid contact name and phone number for that promoter.

EXTRA PLATE ALLOWANCE — READ CAREFULLY
• Additional plates may overlap for this event but cannot touch or be attached to driveline components.
• If you already have different-sized plates from another rule set, your additional plates must be 6"x6"x1/8".
• Your normal plate allowance must still follow the normal rules. The additional cleanup plates allowed for this show may overlap.

Example: Street Stock Weld originally allows 8 plates on a pre-ran. Those original 8 must follow the normal rules. The additional cleanup plates allowed for Pumpkin Smash may overlap.

Anything built FRESH must be built to Domination Motorsports rules.

What a weekend at the Iowa State Fair! 🏁💥

We had 100 entries over the last two days, and I am incredibly thankful for everyone who joined us and helped put on two great shows. It was pretty cool to have drivers not only from all over Iowa, but also make the trip from South Dakota, Wisconsin & Nebraska!

A huge thank you to my crew for all of the long hours and hard work that go into making these shows happen 2 days in a row. Thank you to PJ & Jerry for announcing and to the Carroll County Figure 8 crew for joining us today and helping with the Figure 8 race.

Also can’t thank the Iowa State Fair enough for having us back and for the hospitality shown to us and our crew all weekend. We truly appreciate the opportunity to be a part of the Fair!

It will be backed up… it’s a given! It’s a main road and a popular gate.

DRIVERS: PLEASE REMEMBER you need to be signed in by 9AM so plan accordingly… be there early!!
Be prepared for backed up traffic etc!!!!!!

All classes are a go including adding WELD COMPACTS. With that being said due to lower commitments in some classes, instead of cutting classes, the payouts have been adjusted slightly.

⏰ TIME IS IMPORTANT! We are on a strict schedule with the State Fair. Inspections are 8–10AM and ALL CARS MUST BE THERE BY 9AM
NO EXCEPTIONS! Please plan for fair traffic and arrive early.

Please remember: This is a WELD CLASS….not a full-blown mod class. DON’T PUSH IT!

Build with some common sense, and respect what this class is meant to be. NO CRY BABIES ALLOWED- meaning we don’t need someone complaining about what someone else has, we are not going to pick apart every little thing or turn this into something it wasn’t intended to be, but if something is pushed way too far be prepared to cut.

So… let’s see if there’s enough interest!

If I can get at least 6, I would consider adding the class to the lineup.
